At Stoimera ("we," "our," or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and your privacy rights under applicable law.
1. Important Information and Who We Are

2. The Data We Collect
There are no accounts on this site, so there is nothing to log in to and no profile behind the scenes. We only hold what you type into a form and send us.
- What you send us. The contact form asks for a name, an email address and a message; company name and area of interest are optional. The revenue-system blueprint and the industry questionnaires ask about how your business runs today — lead volume, response times, the tools you use — plus an email address and, if you give one, a phone number. The website audit asks for a web address and an email address.
- Anonymous page analytics. Which pages were viewed, and aggregate events such as a form being started or finished, so we can see which pages are useful and where a form is losing people. These carry no names, no email addresses and none of the text you typed.
- Server logs. Ordinary web-server records, including IP address and browser type, kept briefly for security and debugging.
3. How We Use It
- To reply to you, and to prepare for a call you have asked for.
- To produce the blueprint or audit you requested.
- To send you email only if you asked us to. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
- To understand, in aggregate, which parts of this site are worth keeping.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. Cookies and Analytics
This site sets no cookies. Our analytics is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, sets no identifier, and does not follow you to other sites. That is why the notice at the bottom of the page is worded as a choice about being counted rather than as a cookie consent — there are no cookies to consent to.
Because nothing is stored on your device, page analytics run by default. Choosing Don’t count me stops it, in this browser, from that moment on. Two small items are kept in your browser to remember your own preferences: that choice itself, and whether a panel or a one-time popup has already been shown to you. Neither is sent anywhere.
If we ever add a service that does set cookies or track across sites, it will be off until you switch it on, and it will be named here first.
5. Who Else Sees It
We use a small number of providers to run this site, and they process data only to deliver the service:
- Vercel — hosting and the anonymous page analytics described above.
- Resend — delivers the email that carries your form submission to us.
- Google PageSpeed Insights — if you use the website audit tool, the address you enter is sent to Google to be tested. Your email address is not.
- Calendly — if you book a call, that booking is handled on Calendly under their own privacy policy.
6. How Long We Keep It
Enquiries and questionnaire answers are kept as email while there is an active conversation and for as long as needed afterwards for our records. Anonymous analytics are aggregate and are not tied to you. Ask us to delete what you sent and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
7. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.
8. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. Email contact@stoimera.com and we will respond within one business day.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
