1. Who We Are
Stoimera is the controller responsible for personal data processed through our apps. Contact us at contact@stoimera.com.
2. The Data We Collect
- Information you provide. If an app offers an account, we collect the details you enter to create it (such as name and email address) and content you choose to save in the app.
- Diagnostics. Crash reports and basic performance data (device model, OS version, app version) so we can fix problems. We do not use this data to identify you.
- Support messages. Anything you send us when you contact support.
We only request device permissions (such as camera, photos, notifications, or location) when a feature needs them, and you can revoke them at any time in your device settings.
3. How We Use It
- To provide and operate the app’s features.
- To fix bugs and improve reliability.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, we do not show third-party ads, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the apps (for example, hosting and crash reporting), under contracts that limit their use of it to providing that service. Apple or Google process purchases under their own privacy policies; we never receive your payment card details.
5. Retention and Deletion
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You can delete your account from the app’s settings, or email contact@stoimera.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and associated data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), and only people who need it to run the service can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email contact@stoimera.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed; we will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
