Nagomy Fitness: eight programs, one obvious next step

The Client
Nagomy Fitness is a training facility in Hrom, Skopje, with over eighteen years of coaching experience behind it, running CrossFit, gymnastics, Hyrox, Olympic lifting, powerbuilding, open gym, personal training and a kids program.
The Issue
A gym running CrossFit, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, Hyrox, powerbuilding, open gym, personal training and a kids program has a self-selection problem, not a traffic problem. A first-time visitor cannot tell which of those eight things is for them, and a visitor who cannot tell does not book — they close the tab and mean to come back.
Gyms lose people at the same two moments: the moment a visitor cannot work out which class they belong in, and the moment booking asks for more effort than a phone call. Both are decisions the website makes on the visitor's behalf, and both were worth more attention than another round of photographs.
The Solution
Programs framed by reader, not by name
'Hyrox' means nothing to somebody who has never trained. Each program leads with who it suits and what the first session looks like, so a beginner and a competitive lifter can both find themselves without asking anyone.
Booking is a phone call, not a funnel
The primary action is tap-to-call, present on every screen. For a local gym the fastest path to a paying member is a two-minute conversation, and a contact form is a queue standing in front of it.
Bilingual without a second site
Macedonian for the local audience, English for the international and expat one, from a single content model — so a schedule change is one edit rather than two.
Built to be found locally
Location, hours and program vocabulary structured for local search, because the buying journey for a gym starts with a map and a postcode.

Impact
Why This Matters
Eight programs is a strength on the floor and a liability on a homepage. The work was subtraction: fewer decisions between arriving and booking, and one action repeated until it is unmissable.
