Book a GP appointmentThirty-minute appointments as standard, consultants from London's leading teaching hospitals, and diagnostics reported in days rather than weeks — in a clinic designed to lower your pulse, not raise it.
Urgent GP slots held daily
Eight service lines under one roof, so a GP consultation that uncovers something can become a specialist review and a scan without you starting again somewhere else.

Private medicine should buy you time, clarity, and continuity. Most of what we do differently comes down to protecting those three things.
Not ten. A first consultation is scheduled at thirty minutes and a full health review at sixty, because rushing the history is where diagnoses get missed.
You are assigned a named GP and see them for follow-ups. Continuity is the single biggest driver of good outcomes in general practice, and it is the first thing volume clinics sacrifice.
Our specialists hold substantive posts at London teaching hospitals. You are seeing the person who trains the registrars, not somebody two steps removed from current practice.
Every consultation and investigation is priced on this page. If a plan needs something extra, you are told the cost before it happens — never after.
Self-pay prices below. If you are insured, we bill most major providers directly and you will normally have nothing to pay at the clinic beyond any policy excess.

The fullest picture available, with advanced cardiac and cancer-risk imaging.
Standard consultation fees — Private GP £180 (30 min) · Specialist consultation from £275 · Telehealth £120 · Follow-up £140. Diagnostics quoted individually before booking.
Phlebotomy, imaging, and cardiac testing all happen on site, and our lab partner is ISO 15189 accredited. The waiting is usually the worst part of being unwell — so we shortened it.
On-site phlebotomy with courier collection twice daily to an ISO 15189 accredited laboratory.
Resting and exercise ECG, 24-hour Holter monitoring, ambulatory blood pressure, and echocardiography.
Abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, musculoskeletal, and soft-tissue scanning by consultant radiologists.
Spirometry with reversibility testing, FeNO measurement, and pulse oximetry for asthma and COPD assessment.
Every consultant here holds a substantive NHS post alongside their private practice — the qualification that matters most is the one being used weekly.

You receive your time, your named clinician, the fee, and any intake forms or fasting instructions in advance.
Thirty unhurried minutes. Any bloods or imaging needed are usually done the same visit, downstairs.
A written summary, your results as they land, and a named clinician to come back to — not a general inbox.
We bill your provider directly where your policy allows it. Bring your authorisation number and membership details to your first appointment.
Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to symptoms I had been dismissing for months, and asked the one question nobody else had. The clinic is calm, the staff are warm, and I never felt like an appointment slot.
I was extremely anxious about my cardiac screening. Dr Aris explained every result without jargon and showed me the actual images. I left with a plan I understood rather than a letter I would have to decode later.
Booked on a Tuesday evening, seen Wednesday morning, biopsy result back by Friday. For anyone who has waited on a skin referral, that timeline is the entire reason to go private, and Aurelia delivered it without drama.
Complete the form and a patient coordinator will call you within two hours during clinic hours to confirm a time that works.

We hold dedicated urgent slots every weekday morning, so same-day or next-day GP appointments are usually available. Specialist consultations are typically offered within three to five working days, and sooner where a GP flags clinical urgency. Telehealth appointments can often be arranged the same afternoon.
We are recognised by Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, and Cigna, and we bill those providers directly where your policy permits it. Bring your membership number and pre-authorisation code to your first appointment. If your insurer is not listed, you can still be seen as a self-paying patient and claim back afterwards using our itemised invoice.
A thirty-minute private GP consultation is £180, follow-ups are £140, specialist consultations start at £275, and telehealth is £120. Health assessments run from £295 to £1,450 depending on tier. Diagnostics are quoted individually before anything is booked, and nothing is added to your bill without being agreed with you first.
Not from us — you can book directly with any of our consultants. Your insurer, however, will almost always require a GP referral before authorising a specialist claim, so if you intend to use insurance it is usually quicker and cheaper to see one of our GPs first and have the referral issued the same day.
Photo identification, your insurance authorisation details if you are claiming, a list of any current medications including doses, and any recent test results or hospital letters. If you have an NHS summary care record you are happy for us to see, mentioning it at reception saves time.
Yes. Follow-ups, repeat prescriptions, results discussions, travel advice, and initial triage all work well by secure video, and you will see the same clinician you would see in person. Anything that requires examination, bloods, or imaging will be converted to an in-person appointment, and we will tell you that during the call rather than at the end of it.
All of our GPs and consultants are GMC registered with full prescribing rights. Private prescriptions can be sent electronically to any pharmacy in the UK, dispensed from our on-site partner pharmacy, or couriered to your home or office the same day within central London.
Only with your explicit consent. Where you agree, we write to your NHS GP after significant consultations and share results, which keeps your main record complete and avoids duplicate testing. If you would prefer your care here to stay separate, that is entirely your choice and it changes nothing about how we treat you.
