The two disciplines sharpen each other: the patience learned from weddings makes for better candid conference work, and the delivery discipline of corporate work is why our wedding galleries arrive on time.

Rush delivery is available on both and quoted in your proposal rather than sprung on you afterwards.
Regularly. We are based in Manhattan and cover the Tri-State area and the Hamptons without travel fees. Beyond that we shoot destination weddings and corporate retreats worldwide, with travel and accommodation quoted transparently in the proposal at cost. Roughly one in five of our weddings each year is outside New York.
Every proposal is built rather than picked from a shelf. Common additions are a second or third photographer, extra hours, same-day full delivery, a photo booth activation, an on-site headshot station, hybrid film coverage, and fine-art albums. Tell us what the event needs and we will price it — including telling you when an add-on is not worth the money.
Our contract covers it and we have never missed an event in twelve years. We carry a vetted associate network of NYC photographers shooting to the same standard, and in the genuinely unforeseeable case we cannot attend, a replacement of equivalent calibre is arranged at our cost and the edit is still finished by our studio so the gallery looks like ours.
Corporate clients receive full commercial usage rights with no expiry, and private and wedding clients receive a personal print release. We ask permission before using any image publicly, and a great many of our events never appear anywhere — if you would prefer complete discretion, say so at booking and it is simply noted in the contract.
A 30% retainer secures your date, with the balance due two weeks before the event. Corporate clients on net-30 terms can be invoiced against a purchase order instead. Weddings booked more than a year out can split the balance into instalments at no extra cost — just ask when you book rather than after the invoice lands.
