Who it's for
Meridian is designed for a specific kind of person. If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
You’ve built a solid career, but you’ve hit a plateau. You know you’re capable of more, but the path forward isn’t clear. You’re not looking for motivation — you’re looking for a method.
You’re ready for a deliberate shift — into leadership, a new domain, or your own venture. You don’t want to guess your way through it. You want a structured approach that respects your experience.
You have clarity about where you want to go, but you need the capabilities, accountability and strategic support to get there faster and with more confidence.
The shift
The gap isn’t effort. It’s structure. Here is what changes across twelve weeks.
The system
A four-phase system designed to take you from where you are to where you’re meant to be. Each phase builds on the last — no filler, no fluff, just structured progress.
Phase 01 · Weeks 1–2
Clarify where you are and what’s holding you back
Deep assessment of your current position, strengths, gaps and patterns. We surface the real obstacles — not the obvious ones.
Phase 02 · Weeks 3–5
Build your personal career architecture
A structured process to define your target position, map the capabilities you need, and create a 90-day action plan.
Phase 03 · Weeks 6–9
Acquire the capabilities that matter most
Targeted skill development through coached practice, peer learning and real-world application. No passive content.
Phase 04 · Weeks 10–12
Execute with accountability and support
Put your plan into action with ongoing coaching, milestone reviews and a support system that keeps you on track.
Limited to 24 professionals per cohort
Founder & Lead Coach
The difference
Most programmes give you content. Meridian gives you a structured process, expert guidance and the support to actually follow through.
Every cohort is capped at twenty-four so that coaching stays personal and every participant is known by name. You are assigned an accountability partner in week one and reviewed against your own milestones — not a generic curriculum.
Every session, exercise and milestone is part of a deliberate system. No random advice.
Our coaches have built careers, led teams and navigated transitions — not just studied them.
The method is structured, but your path through it is adapted to your specific situation.
Coaching doesn’t end when the session does. You have access to support between sessions.
We track outcomes, not just activity. You’ll see where you started and how far you’ve come.
You’ll learn alongside professionals who share your ambition and hold you to your standards.

Questions
If what you need to know isn’t here, write to us — a coach replies, not a bot.
Mid-career and senior professionals who have already built something real and have hit a ceiling — whether that is a plateau in the current role, a deliberate change of domain, or a move into leadership or founding.
Most participants have eight to twenty years of experience. What matters more than the years is the disposition: you want a method to apply, not motivation to consume.
Plan for three to five hours a week across the twelve weeks. That covers the structured modules, the coached work, and the applied exercises you run inside your actual job.
Mastery adds bi-weekly live cohort sessions of ninety minutes and six private coaching sessions. Sessions are recorded, and cohorts are scheduled to work across European and North American time zones.
Apply anyway and say so. The application is followed by a thirty-minute conversation whose entire purpose is to work out which program fits — including the possibility that none of them do right now.
As a rough guide: choose Foundations if you are self-directed and want the framework, Mastery if you want structure plus a coach and a cohort, and Executive if you are navigating a board-level or founder-level transition that needs confidential one-to-one work.
Yes. Mastery and Executive can be paid across three or six monthly instalments at no additional cost. Foundations is a single payment.
Many participants fund their place through an employer’s professional development budget. We provide an itemised invoice and a scope document written for a finance or L&D approver on request.
You will hear from us within 24 hours. If your application looks like a fit, we book a thirty-minute conversation with a coach to understand where you are and what you are trying to move toward.
There is no sales pressure in that call — roughly one in five conversations ends with us recommending you wait or go elsewhere. If it is a fit, you receive an offer of a place in the next cohort and a start date.
None at all. The Diagnose phase is built on the assumption that you are starting from your own experience rather than from a shared vocabulary, and the first two weeks establish the frameworks everything else uses.
If you have worked with a coach before, tell us during the application — we will adapt the Diagnose phase rather than repeat ground you have already covered.
Every program carries a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If within the first two weeks you decide Meridian is not right for you, write to us and we refund you in full — no forms and no conversation you have to talk your way out of.
After the guarantee period we do not offer refunds, because the cohort place has been held and the coaching hours committed. That is also why we would rather turn away an applicant who is not ready than take the fee.
