Full-Service Planning
From "yes" to "I do" — every detail, vendor, contract, timeline, and design decision handled, so the only thing left for you is to enjoy the year leading up to it.
We craft extraordinary weddings and milestone celebrations with intention, artistry, and execution so complete that the day feels effortless — which is the hardest thing of all to arrange.
Every celebration is a world of its own. A selection of the moments we have had the honour of building.
From an elopement of twelve to a celebration of five hundred, six service levels designed to match your vision, your pace, and your peace of mind.
From "yes" to "I do" — every detail, vendor, contract, timeline, and design decision handled, so the only thing left for you is to enjoy the year leading up to it.
You have made a start — we step in to refine, elevate, and take over the remaining details with precision, without making you feel your earlier work was wasted.
You planned the vision — we make sure it actually unfolds. Six weeks of handover, vendor confirmation, timeline building, and full on-the-day command.
Concept, colour story, florals, tablescapes, lighting, and atmosphere — a complete aesthetic direction, documented so every vendor builds the same room.
From Tuscany to Tulum — venue sourcing, local vendor curation, legal paperwork, guest travel, and welcome programming, all coordinated across time zones.
Galas, milestone birthdays, launch parties, and executive retreats — the same standard of production, applied to occasions that are not weddings.
Not sure which level is right for you? Let's talk it through — the call is free and there is no pitch at the end.
Schedule a Discovery CallI'm Camille Laurent, founder and lead planner of Blanc & Evermore. After a decade producing events for some of the country's most discerning families and brands, I built this studio on a single belief:
A beautifully planned event does not just look stunning — it makes people feel something they carry for the rest of their lives.
We are deliberately not a volume business. We take a limited number of events each year so that every client gets our complete creative attention, our obsessive eye for detail, and a planner who answers her own phone. When you hire Blanc & Evermore you are not getting a coordinator assigned from a roster — you are getting a partner who will treat your celebration as though it were her own.
A clear, proven process so you always know what comes next — and never feel alone in the middle of it.
A complimentary thirty-minute conversation about your vision, your style, your realistic budget, and your timeline. No pressure and no sales script — mostly we are working out whether we are the right fit for each other.
Within one week you receive a bespoke proposal with initial design concepts, a defined service scope, and a clear investment outline. Everything that will ever be billed appears on that document — there are no later surprises.
Regular check-ins, vendor curation and negotiation, design refinement, and logistics management — all tracked in a shared client portal so you can see exactly what is done, what is pending, and what needs a decision from you.
On the day, our team orchestrates every moment against a minute-by-minute run of show. You do not carry a timeline, chase a vendor, or answer a single question. You live it, and we handle everything happening just outside your eyeline.
The things couples ask us on nearly every discovery call, answered honestly.
Most full-service clients book twelve to eighteen months out, and popular Saturdays in the autumn go first. That said, we hold a small number of dates each year for shorter timelines, and we have produced beautiful weddings in five months. If your date is close, ask rather than assume — the honest answer takes us one email to give you.
Between eighteen and twenty-two, deliberately. We could take double, and the studio would be more profitable if we did. But the entire reason clients hire us is that Camille is genuinely present on their planning rather than supervising from a distance, and that stops being true somewhere around thirty events a year.
For every full-service and destination event, yes — she leads the day herself with a team of eight to twelve behind her. For partial planning and day-of coordination, a senior planner from our team leads with Camille overseeing the design and the final run of show. You will know which planner is yours before you sign anything.
No — our planning fee is separate from what you spend on venue, catering, florals, and everything else, and it is a flat fee rather than a percentage. We prefer flat fees precisely because a percentage quietly rewards a planner for talking you into a bigger budget, and we would rather be paid the same whether we save you money or not.
Never. We do not accept kickbacks, referral fees, or preferential commissions from any vendor we recommend, and this is written into our contract. It is the single most important thing to ask any planner you are considering, because a recommendation that pays the recommender is not a recommendation.
Our full-service clients typically have total event budgets from $150,000 upward, and destination weekends usually start higher again. Partial planning and coordination clients span a much wider range. We will tell you plainly on the discovery call if what you want and what you have set aside do not meet — that conversation is far kinder in month one than in month eight.
Frequently, and it is some of our favourite work. We have produced sangeets, mehndis, tea ceremonies, church and civil ceremonies on the same weekend, and three-day villa weddings abroad. What matters is that each tradition is planned with people who know it properly rather than approximated — so we bring in cultural specialists and family elders early, not as a courtesy at the end.
Our contract allows one date change at no additional planning fee, subject to our availability on the new date. We learned that particular lesson the hard way in 2020, and we have kept the clause ever since. We will also negotiate your vendor contracts on your behalf, which is the part that actually costs money when a date moves.
Tell us a little about your celebration. We reply personally within one business day — and if we are not the right studio for you, we will say so and point you toward someone who is.
Camille reads every enquiry personally and will reply within one business day with availability and next steps. If your date is close, do call the studio directly.
